FT Nanny Location: Needham, MA Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 9:30am-5:30pm, Friday, 9:30am-2 p.m. Exact schedule is somewhat flexible and can be 36-40 hours/week. Additional hours can be added to Fridays. Children: 4 months, 3 and 5 years old Duties: General childcare including engaging children in educational and age-appropriate activities, school pick up as needed, preparing bottles and healthy meals for children, and tidying children's play areas and toys. Requirements: 3+ years of professional Nanny/childcare experience, recent experience caring for infants, and multiple young children at the same time, a clean criminal record and a good driving record. Ideal candidate will be energetic, loving, engaging and reliable, and able to create age appropriate activities to promote imagination and help children meet developmental milestones. Must have some knowledge of early childhood development. Must have Covid and flu vaccinations. Pets: None Driving/Parking: Driver's license is required. Family will provide a car for work related driving. Parking is available. Travel: None required Additional Information: Dad works from home full time, and Mom 2 days/week, but have dedicated work spaces away from the main living areas. Majority of time will be caring for 1-2 kids as their 3-year-old is in preschool half days, and the oldest child is in school full days. Compensation: $35 per hour, taxes withheld, 2 weeks paid vacation, paid sick days, paid holidays and a health stipend Start Date: ASAP, but somewhat flexible, by May 12, at the latest
