We are a family in Needham looking for household help with our kids (12 and 9), primarily driving to/from activities, with the possibility of some light other assistance (homework, kids meals). Given our respective busy work and after-school schedules (sports, play dates, tutoring), we could use an extra set of hands. We are mainly looking for M-F, roughly 3:30PM-6PM, with the option for occasional weekend assistance. We are flexible on hours depending on the day. We can guarantee a set minimum rate per day or week if there are days we don't end up needing help (we would like consistent availability), and otherwise are offering a competitive hourly rate.
