Nanny For 1 Child In Needham

We are looking for nanny starting Jan 2025 in Needham. Ideally someone: - interested in long-term commitment - experienced in special needs, ASD, speech delayed kiddos (maybe prior preschool aide, RBT, working with other ASD toddlers as a nanny, etc). - reliable, patient, flexible. - willing/able to come as early as 6A on some mornings. We have a 4. 5yo girl in preschool (10min drive from house). Helping get her to school by 9A. At 230P she goes to ABA center (10mins away from school), so picking/dropping her there. She leaves center around 345P, so picking her up and bringing her home. Parent home by 430P. She's overall easy but we do want the right fit. We are expecting a newborn in late December. If interested, we would love help from future nanny with newborn when 4. 5yo is in school or on weekends, but this is not required.
