Afternoon Help For Sweet 5 Year Old In Needham

Hi! We are looking for a patient and kind person to help us care for our almost 5-year-old daughter in the afternoons M-F from around 2pm-6 p.m. We are expecting a baby in February- Please note that I will be home often with the baby so being comfortable with me being around and being able to redirect my kid sometimes will be necessary. The responsibly is to care for my daughter although a plus would be if the person is comfortable watching the baby sometimes (it would only be 1 kid at a time). The job also includes pick up from school that is around the corner from the house- no need to have your own transportation but will need to know how to drive and have a clear record. My daughter has a disability and needs extra help with life skills and communication. She has a very sweet temperament and is very loving and gentle.
