Hello there! Were a busy, fun-loving family in the Needham/Wellesley/Newton area looking for a part-time nanny and house manager to join our awesome team! We are looking for afternoon/evening help (3-4 days/week) to support our two kids: a 7 y/o boy (neurotypical) and a 5 y/o girl (neurodivergent, with speech challenges). Responsibilities include school pickups, driving to speech therapy and sports, engaging both kids, and supporting sibling dynamics. We're also looking for help around the house i. e. light meal prep, dishes, laundry, tidying the kitchen and high traffic areas, running errands, walking our two friendly dogs. Ideal candidate is energetic, experienced with neurodivergent children, great with multiple kids, has a reliable car and clean driving record, likes dogs & is familiar with the local area.
