Hello! We are looking for a nanny to take care of our infant son in Needham, MA. We'll need someone full time beginning in October 2024 for approximately 50 hours a week (roughly 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday). Our son will be 5 months old by that time. Since we both work full time, we hope to build scheduling flexibility into the position. For us, it is important to find someone who will be able to engage in a mix of educational and fun activities with our son and has experience working with infants. We hope our nanny will be able to help maintain a nap and feeding schedule, including transitioning to solid foods. Outdoor activities are encouraged. We have a preference for CPR certification (or willingness to become certified). We also prefer someone who is willing to assist with meal prep and clean up.
