Experienced Sitter For Twin Toddlers (11a - 6p Weekdays)

We need help for twin toddler boys in Needham, including pick-up from the toddler program at 11am, lunch prep, serving lunch, nap time (2 hours), laundry/tidying up kids' spaces during nap, and afternoon play until 6 p.m. We need someone who is consistent, responsible, shows up on time, and has a good attendance track record. One parent works from home and the other works in Boston. If you don't have toddler experience or worked with multiple kids in the house, you won't be a fit for our family. We do check references as well. Our current nanny is transitioning from grad school to a full-time job, so we need a new sitter starting in September.
