Looking For A Nanny Or A Nanny Share (ideally) For Our 2 Year-old From October-May

We are a year-round family looking for a nanny/caregiver or ideally a nanny share so our son has another child to interact with. We would prefer someone who could help out with light housekeeping (tidying up after our son), doing his laundry if/when needed, meal prep for him as needed, has transportation, nonsmoker, who is CPR certified. Our preference is someone retired and/or has experience with early childhood education. Someone who is kind, patient and genuinely enjoys toddlers and has willingness and interest in keeping our son active. He enjoys all kinds of sports and outdoor activities and is very engaging. He is newly exploring potty training and it will likely take more time. Our preference is to coordinate a nanny share so our son has another toddler to interact with regularly.
