Our eldest will be in 1st grade next year. Parent #1 is a teacher who leaves the home by 6 a.m. and returns at 3:30 p.m. with our eldest. Parent #2 is an Urban Farmer they leave in the morning at 8:45 a.m. with our eldest and return at 2 p.m. each day. Ideally we can have a caregiver we trust to spend Monday - Thursdays from 8:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. with the baby we are expecting to arrive in May of 2025. This child will be close to 4 months old when we begin needing care.
