I've got two older kids, 12 and 9. They're largely independent, but I need some child care coverage because of the distance and length of time I'll be gone. Times may vary a bit but those hours are roughly when I'm looking for someone. Both kids have ADHD and generalized anxiety, so a neurodivergent-friendly sitter would be very helpful. Also someone who is comfortable in a neurodivergent household -- it's very rarely a tidy house! They're very good kids, often a little quiet at first, but they open up and get silly the more you get to know them. They're both outstanding visual artists. My daughter, 12, loves drama club, and my son, 9, loves video games. They're pretty responsible but someone who can bring a little fun and a little structure would be a big plus.
