Babysitter Needed For 1 Child In Mendon

Hi there, I'm looking for a very patient, kind, understanding babysitter to occasionally watch our 8 yo daughter, so my husband and I can have some time together again. We just moved to MA from GA. My mother lives with us to help, but she's in her mid 70s and is becoming slower, sleepier, and more hard of hearing. Normal age stuff. Our daughter C is autistic with a language disorder. She can communicate, but has challenges forming spontaneous sentences. She's a rock star and gaining more structured sentences all the time. I promised my husband in MA I'd start doing stuff again. My mom could watch her for a few hours before, but C is a lot faster than Grandma and add in a giant friendly dog running around and a cat, it's become more than we all feel comfortable doing. I'm hoping to find someone who has autism experience.
