Long-term Nanny Needed For 1 Child In Melrose

Seeking a long-term nanny to care for our infant son. This position will begin in February 2025, and we hope this person will continue with our family for multiple years (possibly caring for a second child in the future). We are looking for a kind and experienced caregiver who will love and nurture our son. My husband and I are fun and casual people. We're not looking to micromanage someone. Looking for someone who will feel like a family member. Our ideal caregiver feels comfortable arranging activities at home and taking him on some outings around the community (local baby groups, zoo, etc.). Stroller and car available for the caregiver's use. A driver's license is highly preferred but not a necessity. Someone who is available 1-2 times per month for evening babysitting for additional pay is an added bonus!
