Full-time Nanny needed in Medfield for a smiley and active 2. 5-year-old, starting May 19th! The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. - 6pm, with 50 guaranteed hours weekly. After an incredibly successful 2. 5 years with their current nanny whom they are sad to see go due to a move out of state, the family is looking for another long term fit (2+ years)! A great match for this role is warm, personable, interactive, engaging, and enjoys independently planning developmentally appropriate activities and outings! It is important to the family that their daughter has lots of outings so a nanny who enjoys proactively planning the week with visits to the library, playgrounds, parks, museums, playdates with other nannies, etc. would be a great match! They may enroll their daughter in swim lessons and the nanny would be responsible for driving her and possibly swimming with her. The family has 3 cats so a nanny who is pet friendly with no allergies is important. Both parents work hybrid schedules with private home offices. Compensation: $32+/hour with paid vacations, holidays, sick time, and all pay on the books through payroll.
