Regular Babysitter For Every Other Weekend

Hi! I'm looking for a babysitter for my 7-year-old son for every other weekend. Responsibilities would involve organizing activities, supervising playtime, preparing lunch and dinner, getting ready for bed/downtime and light housework. My son is a very creative, inquisitive and active child. He does require the right type of positive and thoughtful communication. Looking for someone who is caring and loves children but also knows how to set boundaries. He does have a diagnosis of ASD but has very low needs (aka high functioning). I'm also looking for someone who is comfortable with EVERY OTHER WEEKEND. Generally it is a shorter day on one of the weekend days (8am-2pm) and a long day on the other weekend day (8am-7pm). Which weekend day is may longer day has come flexibility. The hours would work out to be about 34 hours per month.
