I am kind of a stickler about naps. Sleep is important, but its not a rigid schedule. I've never had anyone but my mother care for the kids in a regular way before (before my older son was in preschool he was with my mom full time). I'm a teacher and my husband often works from home (or from a nearby library). My older son is in preschool Mon-Weds-Fri and no longer naps. The baby will need full time care.
