FT Nanny Location: Malden, MA Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30am-4:30 p.m. Children: 7-month-old boy and 3-year-old girl Duties: General childcare including planning and engaging the children in age and developmentally appropriate activities both at home and in the community, children's laundry, preparing bottles and children's meals, and keeping children's room and play areas tidy. Requirements: 3+ years of professional childcare experience including recent experience caring for infants and curious, high energy toddlers, a clean criminal record, and a good driving record. The ideal candidate will be proactive, reliable, active, engaging and able to structure the kids' days with safe and healthy age appropriate activities. Candidates who enjoy socializing the children are preferred! Must be up to date on CPR/First Aid certification or willing to obtain. Must be able to perform routine physical activities to manage toddler and infant. Family is looking for a long term fit! Pets: 1 dog - sweet, older, blind Bernese Mountain Dog Driving/Parking: Walking distance to Oak Grove (0. 5mi/10min), but driving likely required for excursions/activities. Preference is for Nanny to use their car for activities and family will reimburse for mileage, but family can also provide coordinated and pre-scheduled car access to transport the children for activities as needed. Compensation: $32-36 per hour, taxes withheld, guaranteed hours, 2 weeks paid vacation, paid sick days, paid holidays and a health stipend Start Date: ASAP
