FT Nanny/Family Assistant Location: Lynnfield, MA Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30am-4:30 p.m. Every other week Nanny will need to stay overnight with the children Monday-Thursday. Children: 13 and 15-year-old girls Duties: Provide household support for a busy family of four, including daily kitchen tidying, running errands, grocery shopping, children's laundry, preparing children's meals, maintaining general household organization, managing children's schedules and appointments, assisting with homework, and transporting the children to and from school and activities. Requirements: A minimum of 3 years of professional experience as both a Nanny and Family Assistant, with recent experience supporting teenagers. Candidates must have a clean criminal record and a strong driving history. The ideal individual connects well with teens, is an independent and proactive problem-solver, and communicates clearly and effectively. Pets: Lab - no care required Driving/Parking: Driving required, family can provide a car for work purposes but must have a car to get to the house. Travel: None Additional Information: Parents travel every other week for work. On those weeks, 24 hour care will be required. Compensation: $35 per hour with taxes withheld, guaranteed hours, overnight stipend, 2 weeks paid vacation, paid sick days, paid holidays, and a health stipend. Start Date: ASAP
