After School Weekly Sitter Wanted

Hi there - I'm looking for a weekly sitter for my daughter who is 3. We currently live in Lowell, near Chelmsford. I am an elementary school teacher, and she is in preschool in Tewksbury during the day. My husband travels quite a bit for work, and I have an 11-year-old stepson. Ideally I'm looking for regular help once a week, after preschool so I can go to my stepsons games (my toddler doesn't love to sit at the ball field for hours multiple times a week) or run some errands. Occasionally a date night sitter would be great too, so someone who's open to that as well. I'm pretty flexible, we haven't had a sitter outside the family yet so looking to build a connection. I was a nanny for 10 years myself before becoming a teacher so I know how important it is to find someone reliable that my daughter will grow to love. Thanks for looking!
