About the job
Girls love outdoor activities, dramatic play, reading, dancing, arts and crafts, and listening to audiobooks. Schedule rotates according to one parent's schedule. Shifts alternate Mon/Tue/Fri and Wed/Thu. 12 hours from 6:30a-6:30p (can flex/reduce slightly). Must be loving, supportive, engaging for children. Promote positivity, self-confidence, and discipline. Get kid on bus, pre-school drop-off/pickup, simple meals, laundry and bedsheets, outings, and outdoor play in almost any weather. Driver's License required. Family car during shifts. Must be reliable, comfortable with dogs and fully vaccinated (seasonal flu/covid).
