Babysitter/Helper Needed For 1 Child

Seeking a nanny for our 14-month-old baby girl. My husband and I work from home and thought we could manage but it's hard when we both have meetings! We are very laidback, easygoing, and flexible. I will be readily available and love to help whenever I can - diaper changes, bottle feedings, putting her down for naps. At the moment, she naps from 10-12ish and 2-3 but that's slowly changing to 1 nap. We are looking for someone to help entertain her when she's awake - she loves being outside when it's warm, walking/climbing, and being a wild child. Times are flexible - looking for someone easygoing as well! Please reach out if you think this might be a good fit!
