We have two children ages 4. 5 and 2. My husband and I do shift work and need to work weekends a few times a month. We already have a sitter covering most of our needs, but it is more difficult for them to work weekends. On average we will need child care 2-3 weekend days a month, which are normally 5-10 hour days depending on our schedule. We would be open to some additional hours for date nights, etc.
