Seeking Caregiver With Vehicle On Wednesdays

Hello! We are seeking a caregiver for our 1-year-old daughter on Wednesdays during the day, with the possibility of additional evening and weekend hours as needed. We are seeking a caregiver that is interested in child development and learning, familiar with or willing to learn Montessori and respectful caregiving philosophies. We are also seeking someone who is detail oriented and communicative, comfortable with taking notes on our daughter's day and reporting back to us, and ideally able to speak Spanish with our daughter but fluent in English for us. Childcare is first but support with light housekeeping and food prep is also important to us. We do not live near public transit so it's important that you have access to a car & a clean driving record. Looking forward to hearing from you!
