Nanny Needed For Twins In Ipswich - 2 Days A Week

We have twin boys who are 4+ months old as of the end of June. I'm biased, but they are super cute. Looking for a part-time nanny to start July. Looking for a longer-term solution, so this is not a summer-only opportunity. 8:30am-4 p.m. twice a week. Thursdays + either Tues or Wed. We are open to adding more time with the right situation. Also open to occasional flexing on time/days. We're also looking for light cleaning. Occasional meal prep help might also be nice - but not an up-front requirement. Mom & Dad partially work from home. We have a medium-sized (also super cute) very friendly dog, which won't need care, but be prepared for a snuggle.
