About the job
Seeking a nanny near Hopkinton for 2 children (2y M, 3mo F), looking for someone to start in ASAP. Must be paid on the books (non-negotiable). We guarantee 40 hours pay/week, though the kids are in daycare 2-3 days / week. This arrangement provides backup care in the event the kid(s) are kept home sick. On days the kid(s) are at daycare (T, Th), we expect a portion of the day (3 hours) to be spent doing light housekeeping (e. g., cleaning nursery, baby laundry, dishes) prior to picking up the kid(s) at daycare at the end of the day. If local, we can discuss options for the balance of the day, including on call hours or additional onsite coverage to help with tasks like grocery shopping or child meal prep. At times need flexibility for overtime between 7a-7p. We largely work from home. Comfortable with pets - we have a dog and cat.
