My son is 14 months. Currently is not walking at this time so requires more attention at the time is also teething so a little cranky at times but is usually a happy baby. I work in the morning from 8:30 until 3:30 so I will need someone from about 7:30 until 4 p.m. The usual feeding and changing diapers as well. I will not need Monday through Friday pretty much as needed and maybe one day on the weekends for about 4 hours.
