About the job
We are seeking a caring, patient, and experienced caregiver for our 3-year-old with Level 1 autism and a language disorder. The role involves engaging in playtime and activities that encourage his development, as well as providing emotional support during moments of frustration or difficulty communicating. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting children with limited communication and be comfortable handling the challenges that may arise. Qualifications- -Patient, understanding, and calm under pressure, create a structured, safe, and nurturing environment, Comfortable with helping a child navigate daily routines and emotional challenges, CPR/First Aid M/T/TH/FRI Pick up from preschool, lunch, nap, and playtime until 4 PM, with a full day of care on Wednesdays.
