Responsibilities: Supervise and support daily activities tailored to his needs. Encourage meaningful engagement through structured play and learning activities. Assist with transitions and provide emotional support as needed. Maintain a predictable, supportive environment to help him thrive. Requirements: Experience working with children with Autism or developmental disabilities is essential. Kindness, patience, and excellent communication skills.
