Help With Two Year Old Boy

We have a very rambunctious 2-year-old son and are looking for help after school and on the weekends. Looking for someone firm but patient and who truly enjoys toddlers (even demanding ones!). It would be a bit of a "mother's helper" role since one parent would likely be home most times or catching up on work. Occasional date nights. The schedule can be flexible but we roughly outlined the hours and days needed. Bonus points for anyone with skills in sleep training or who can help with bedtime since he has been refusing naps and bedtime is a constant struggle!
