Nanny Needed For 1 Child In Florence.

We are looking for a great nanny for 1 child in Florence. We require a nanny who has their own car, does not smoke, is comfortable with pets and is CPR certified. Our needs will alternate every week. We will need 7am-7 p.m. on Mon and Tue one week then 7am-7 p.m. Wed, Thu the next. 24 hrs/week. Most days we will not need care all the way to 7 p.m. and will send the nanny home early but will still pay for the whole 7am-7 p.m. scheduled "shift." Our daughter, Z, is 7 months old and pretty chill from what we have been told. We would hope for a nanny that provides some structured playtime, and is able to take Z to things like library read along and concerts for babies etc. We are a pretty laid back family as long as there is regular and clear communication about what Z is doing throughout the day.
