Twin Overnight Care Needed

Hi there! I am looking for some overnight care for my twins who are 3 1/2 months old. They were premature - born at 34 weeks, so they are roughly two months adjusted. We are looking for someone who can help us with sleep conditioning and potentially future sleep training. The twins are sweet and spirited identical twin girls. They are still up every couple hours to eat at night, but we are hoping with support that we will be able to establish a better nighttime routine. We are open to either live in or commuting, but we are hoping to have someone help us with as many nights per week as possible. This would be a W2 or 1099 position. Pay rate and schedule are flexible. Overnight twin experience required. Please reach out if you would like to learn more!
