About the job
We are looking for a caring, energetic part-time nanny for our 3-year-old son in East Boston. He is a happy, active kid with some food allergies, so attention to detail is important. We are a same-sex male couple and want to be upfront in seeking someone who is inclusive, kind-hearted, and respectful. Schedule: - School Year (now through June): 4:30 to 6:00 PM, 2 to 3 days per week (ideally Tuesday through Thursday) - Summer (starting June): 3:30 to 6:00 p.m. - Extra hours may be available on days when school is closed, or for nights/weekends. We prefer to start with in-home care; walks and park trips can come once trust is built. Non-smoker, CPR certified (or willing to become), and preschool experience preferred. Bonus if you are comfortable managing allergies and leading fun, educational activities.
