We will be going back to work between February and March and need care 3-4 days per week. Our child will only be 2-3 months old when you start, so at the moment he really just sleeps, eats, and has a little activity time. Would like to get him into a more consistent sleep routine throughout the day and night, and have him read to and encouraged to continue to develop motor skills.
