Recurring Babysitter For 9 Month Old Boy

We are looking for a recurring nanny 1-2x weekly (variable) for our 9-month-old son. He is a lovable, energetic and happy little boy! I currently work from home 60% of the time and am out of the house for appointments the other 40%. I have a separate office space. We are hoping to find a stable caregiver to grow with our family as he gets older! My husband's schedule is rotating so he typically has some weekdays off. Therefore, a flexible schedule with rotating days would be ideal, however are willing to work with scheduling needs. I should also note that we have a very friendly golden retriever!
