We usually wake the kids up at 6 a.m. and get them ready to leave the house by 7. I prefer to be out no later than 7:05 a.m. I leave for work and their dad drops them off to daycare and school. They get picked up at 3:30 (second child ) 4:00 p.m. 3rd child and 5 p.m. 1st child. Once home the plan is to eat bath time then free time to prepare for bed. I like for the kids to be in bed by 8 p.m.
