Babysitter Needed For 1 Child In Dorchester Center

We are looking for a great babysitter for 1 child in Dorchester Center. We have an 8-year-old boy with adhd. It's pretty well managed but he needs structure and routine. Strong preference for someone who has experience with neurodiverse kiddos. My husband and I both work from home but work but my job requires frequent travel. I too have adhd so strong organizational skills would be a double, triple bonus! Managing all the things is hard! We're looking for someone who can pick up our little guy from school and then bring him home to do homework, eat dinner and learn to follow a regular routine - build up his executive function muscles.
