I work 4 days a week and just need a hand watching the baby when my partner and I are at work during the week. We want our caregiver to feel comfortable in our home and treat our home as their own. I come from a Hispanic background and prefer things to be kept somewhat orderly - there's no necessity to deep clean or cook, just respectfully keep things tidy & the kiddo safe!
