FT Nanny/Family Assistant Location: Harwich, MA Schedule: Monday, 12-7pm, Tuesday-Thursday, 7am-7 or 8pm, and Friday, 7-12 p.m. Schedule is somewhat flexible for the right candidate and some flexibility is needed on occasion. Children: 4. 5, 11 and 15 years old Duties: General childcare including engaging children in age-appropriate activities, transporting to/from activities and appointments, preparing meals for the children, help with children's laundry, and cleaning up after the kids. Family Assistant duties will include running errands, grocery shopping, and general tidying. The family has a housekeeper who takes care of laundry and deep cleaning. Requirements: 3+ years of professional childcare/Nanny experience, as well as recent experience caring for children 5+ years old, and a clean criminal and driving record. Ideal candidate will be an experienced and responsible individual with a genuine love for children, excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude. Nanny will ideally be open to staying overnight with children, on occasion, if parents are both traveling. The family is looking for someone to become part of their family, long term! Pets: None Driving/Parking: Driving required and family will provide a vehicle to transport the children/run errands. Travel: Optional Additional Information: Family is open to live-in during the weekdays (no housing provided on the weekends). Compensation: $30-40 per hour, taxes withheld, guaranteed hours, 3+ weeks paid vacation, paid sick days, paid holidays and a health stipend. Start Date: ASAP, but somewhat flexible for the right fit
