FT Nanny Location: Concord, MA Schedule: Tuesday - Friday, 6:30am-5:30 p.m. Children: 4-month-old girl and 5 and 7-year-old boys Duties: General childcare including engaging the children in age appropriate activities, drive children to and from school and activities, children's laundry and meal preparation, tidying up after the children, pack/unpack backpacks, and helping with homework. Requirements: 3+ years of professional childcare experience including recent experience caring for infants and school age children, a clean criminal record, and good driving record. The ideal candidate will be reliable, organized, energetic, engaging, and an excellent communicator. A great fit would be someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, and is able to set age appropriate boundaries with children when needed. Must also be fully vaccinated, including flu and COVID. The family hopes to welcome someone who will become a valued part of their lives for the long term! Pets: 2 cats and 1 dog (Lab/Husky mix) Driving/Parking: Must have a car to get to the home. Family will provide a car to transport the children. Travel: There is an opportunity to travel but not a requirement Additional Information: Both parents work a hybrid schedule. Compensation: $35 per hour, taxes withheld, guaranteed hours, 3 weeks paid vacation (1 week at family choice), paid sick days, paid holidays and a health stipend Start Date: ASAP
