FT Live-In or Live-Out Nanny Location: Concord, MA Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 8:30am-5:45 p.m. and Friday, 8:30am-3 p.m. Children: 1, 3 and 5-year-old girls Duties: General childcare including engaging children in educational and age-appropriate activities, driving children to and from school/activities, children's laundry, packing school lunches and preparing dinner for the girls. Family has a full time housekeeper in Concord and a cleaning service in Maine. Requirements: 3+ years of professional childcare experience, a clean criminal record and a good driving record. Ideal candidate will have a history of longevity with past families, be loving, creative, playful, active and enjoy being outside. Must be fully vaccinated and willing to stay overnight if parents are traveling. Pets: None Driving/Parking: Driving is required. Family will provide a car to use during working hours. Parking is available. Accommodations: Separate carriage house with 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom. Home is walking distance to the town of Concord. In Maine, accommodations include a private bedroom and bathroom on separate floor. Travel: Travel required which includes 8-10 weeks during the summer in Maine and 1-2 additional trips per year. Passport preferred. Additional Information: Both parents work from home in a separate office. Nanny is only responsible for children's laundry while in Maine. Compensation: $35-40 per hour (DOE), taxes withheld, guaranteed hours, 3 weeks paid vacation, paid holidays, paid sick days, health stipend and professional development stipend Start Date: January
