Hello! I've got a bright, artistic, lovely PDA autistic daughter, 7, who is being unschooled at home. And an active, sunny 3-year-old son who is also neurodivergent (ADHD?) and goes to preschool 3 mornings a week. We are looking for a FT or ca 30 hr a week nanny to engage with and care for these kids. This person will be brave enough to juggle both kids at once on all sorts of outings. She will be trustworthy, curious about OT and play therapy, and not into ABA. Job includes a small number of household tasks; we have pets. We do "low demand" caregiving while guiding children playfully and gently setting boundaries. The nanny should be comfortable being there for kids through big feelings, staying calm. Bare minimum phone use strictly enforced. Above all, the nanny will be a person with whom the kids feel safe, seen, and secure.
