I have a 12-month-old who needs to be supervised while my husband and I work from home. She's a fun sweet little girl who loves to play and crawl around. She struggles to take naps, but other than that is a pretty easy keeper. I would need someone who could come to the house from 9-5. It would be ideal to have someone who can plan activities to keep our daughter engaged.
