Nanny/Mother's Helper Needed For My Children In Chestnut Hill.

We are looking for someone to assist me with childcare for our two children and limited housework. We have a 2-year-old boy and a newborn girl. Our son is a positive and loving guy, very social, and a ton of fun. He has developmental delays that require some extra parenting. He does not yet walk, talk, or eat independently, but very badly wants to and is working hard toward these goals. Our daughter is 1-month-old, and lives the normal baby life: eating, sleeping, and wiggling on the floor. The ideal candidate would be willing to work together with Mom to care for both children. For our son, this could include: playing as he runs around in his walker, supervising him to make sure he stays safe while playing independently, changing diapers, and feeding. For our daughter, this could include: giving bottles, changing diapers and snuggling.
