Full-time Newborn Nanny needed in Cambridge, starting June 1st. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 11am-7pm, with 40 guaranteed hours weekly. The family would love to find a long term match (1+ years). A great match for this role brings warmth, newborn experience, confidence, flexibility, and gentle support to new parents. Someone patient, kind, nurturing, with a keen eye on development and milestones who will enjoy planning activities and outings as the baby gets older. The family is walkable to many kid-focused activities in Cambridge! The ideal match would love the opportunity to travel with the family. They go to Europe for a month in the summertime (2026), and take an additional 3-4 non-consecutive weeks throughout the year (planned months in advance). A driver's license is required. There is street parking available and they are also located near the red line and bus stops. The family has a loveable 3 yo Labradoodle that is in the mix throughout the day so please be dog friendly. One parent works from home full time in a private office. Compensation: 33+/hour with optional healthcare stipend, 2 weeks of paid vacation, 40 hours of sick time, and 8 paid holidays. All pay on the books through payroll.
