Hi, we are looking for the right partner for full time nanny care for our daughter. We first time parents and our daughter will be 4 months old next month. We are looking for a hardworking and kind person who is great with infants but also open to growing with us as both my husband and I have hectic jobs, long term. We are looking for someone who is vaccinated /boosted, someone who is a great communicator, knows (or is willing to learn) how to engage our child safely and developmentally. Light housekeeping (laundry, light dishwashing) and meal prep and assistance would be amazing when the baby is sleeping, but we are ultimately looking for someone who gels with us.
