FT Nanny/House Manager Location: Cambridge, MA Schedule: Monday-Thursday 6:30 a.m. - 6:30pm, (48 hours/week). Occasional additional late nights and/ or Friday hours available if desired Children: 9 and 11 years old Duties: General childcare including supporting morning routine (waking up, dressing, packing lunch and snacks, leaving on time for school etc) transporting to and from after-school activities and doctor's appointments, homework help, musical instrument practice and general tidying, as well as activity and playdate supervision during school vacations. House Manager duties may include running errands, grocery shopping, handling package returns, taking out trash/recycling, reheating family meals, and overseeing home maintenance worker appointments on occasion, and will only be expected while children are in school or don't need direct supervision. Requirements: 5+ years of professional childcare /Nanny experience including experience with school age children, a clean criminal record and good driving record. Ideal candidate will be energetic, flexible, loving, organized and be a positive and supportive presence in the home. Family is looking for a long term commitment! Pets: None Driving/Parking: Driver's license required. Family will provide a vehicle to use for work-related driving. Parking is available if needed. Travel: None Additional Information: Children are in school full time, and parents work from home a few days/week. Compensation: $95-108k/year (breaks down to $35-40 per hour), based on experience, taxes withheld, guaranteed hours, up to 5% annual bonus, 2 weeks paid vacation, paid holidays, paid sick days and a health insurance stipend Start Date: ASAP, or by mid-February at the latest
