Seeking holistic minded, neurodivergency informed, caregiver/helper in Cambridge, MA. Two same aged children who live in a screen free environment where the focus of care is on community, core values, and being a life long learner who stays curious. Flexible hours, communicative parent, and competitive pay. A great opportunity for an education or psychology student as the parent values education. The children enjoy being outdoors, instruments, art, handwork projects, and building. They've been previously homeschooled so they work on supplemental education as a part of their day. They are in a single parent home so the best fit would be with someone comfortable partnering in discipline, able to help with errands, a few light housework tasks, and at times able to transport children to and from activities although the central location would be home.
