Weekend/evening Babysitter/companion Needed For 4-year-old. Swimmers Preferred!

I'm looking for help on the weekends with my 4-year-old. I have an infant as well and my husband works through many weekends so I'm looking for someone who doesn't mind getting outside, joining us for trips to the pool etc. to really make sure my oldest gets a good run around during the day while I'm tending to the baby. Experience with swim lessons a big plus for us. First day we're looking for is Saturday 7/20 from 9-5. If we're all happy with the arrangement, we'd be happy to make it a more regular occurrence.
