See description for details Description: A warm and well-organized family, recently relocated from Germany, is seeking a caring, highly organized, and dependable nanny to provide nurturing care for their two children, ages 5 and 3.5. The family is open to both live-in and local live-out candidates. Their 5-year-old son is a curious and thoughtful child with a love for nature, ball games, playground adventures, and all things technology. Their 3.5-year-old daughter is confident and decisive, with a passion for nature, sports, playground fun, and a love for unicorns and rainbows. Mom is driven, passionate, and highly organized, while Dad is friendly, social, and equally empathetic. Both are thriving in their respective careers, managing dynamic work schedules that sometimes include travel or working from home. Despite their busy lives, they prioritize their children above all else, ensuring they feel cherished and supported, even when they're not physically present. Managing before and after school routines, coordinating activities, running errands, grocery shopping, and assisting with meal preparation. Qualifications 3+ years of professional childcare experience High school diploma Fluent in German preferred At least 21 years of age Valid driver's license Clean driving record Authorized to work in the U.S. Valid U.S Passport Flexible and adaptable Schedule Full-time, guaranteeing 40 hours per week. Flexibility for overnights a few times per month and occasional late nights is essential. The typical schedule will be Monday to Friday from 7 am to 7 pm with a break between 9:30 am and 1:30 pm. Compensation The family is offering $33-$35/hour based on 40 hours per week which equates to up to $1,320-$1,400 weekly, and an anticipated annual base income of $72K-$75k+/year. This position is paid legally, on a W-2, subject to regular deductions and withholdings as required by law. Benefits The family is open to providing a monthly healthcare stipend of $200, 10 days of paid vacation, 5 paid sick days, paid major holidays, and use of the family vehicle for on-the-job travel. Candidates will also have up to 6 weeks off in the summer and December 23-January 3rd off. This position is also open to live-in or live-out candidates.
