We need help when one of us travels for work. The ideal helper would be able to play and engage with our kids after daycare (over at 5pm) through bedtime (usually 8pm). We have one infant girl and one super active 3. 5-year-old. We dont do screens so be prepared to have fun! Sometimes pick up from school would be needed, but not always. Typical workload would be 1-2 full work weeks a month.
