FT Infant Nanny
Location: Boston, MA (Back Bay)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30am-5:30 p.m.
Children: 2-month-old boy
Duties: The primary focus of this role is to engage the child in stimulating, age-appropriate activities that support their developmental milestones. Additional responsibilities include managing the child's laundry, preparing bottles and meals as they grow, and ensuring their room and play areas remain clean and organized.
Requirements: 3+ years of professional childcare experience including recent experience caring for infants, a clean criminal record, and a good driving record. The ideal candidate will be warm, kind, and easy to talk to, with a naturally happy and positive demeanor that they bring to work each day. They should be engaged, invested in the child's growth, and interested in fostering development through enriching activities. The family values a nanny who is intellectually curious, a great conversationalist, and able to collaborate with parents in a respectful and supportive manner. Ideally, candidates will have a college education, particularly with an interest in child development, and be excited about the opportunity to grow with the family long-term as they plan for more children. Must be fully vaccinated.

Driving/Parking: A driver's license is preferred but not required. The home is located near Back Bay Station on the Green Line, making it easily accessible by public transportation. Parking can be arranged if needed.
Travel: This position requires travel a few times per year, including accompanying mom on work trips to Washington, D. C and to the Cape for a week in the summer.
Additional Information: Mom works from home in a separate office.
Compensation: $30-35 per hour, taxes withheld, guaranteed hours, 2 weeks paid vacation, paid sick days, paid holidays and a negotiable health stipend.
Start Date: Late March/Early April
